Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple office locations
Oversee manuals, onboarding, and caregiver training
Analyze data to drive smarter growth decisions
Cross-train in all roles (caregiver to recruiter) to build a true 360° vision
Pioneer new ideas to improve how we serve seniors
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in operations, compliance, or healthcare administration
Willingness to travel between locations
Eager to learn the industry if new to it
Preferred
Home care experience
