Responsibilities
Full ownership of fundraising strategy and execution
Building and refining the pitch, story, and investor materials
Managing investor outreach, meetings, follow‑ups, negotiations, and closes
Maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors
Acting as the primary external representative of the company to investors and key strategic stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading fundraising as a founder or senior executive
Personally closed at least one institutional seed or Series A round, or a credible angel / syndicate round with reputable investors
Strong understanding of startup financing, term sheets, cap tables, and investor expectations
Ability to clearly articulate vision, market opportunity, and traction to investors
Comfortable operating in a high‑ambiguity, early‑stage environment and representing the company externally
