Responsibilities
Prepare, configure, and ship tablet hardware to users
Set up devices (iOS or similar), install software, manage files, and follow QA checklists
Manage inventory, replacements, returns, and tracking
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Maintain clean records and spot errors before they become issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a detail-oriented, technically rigorous role
(examples: mobile phone stores, device repair/setup, hardware ops)
Comfortable setting up iPhones, tablets, or handheld devices
Exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven
Enjoys repetitive technical work and following structured workflows
Strong communication and reliability
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Personal connection to caregiving or dementia support
