Responsibilities
Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for the Advantage Medicare product
Apply policies and procedures related to the Advantage Medicare product, enrollment, and disenrollment
Build a presence in the local community to generate enrollments
Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollments
Market Advantage at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, community events, and other designated sites
Understand covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions
Assist members with accessing health care, transportation, and other relevant services
Adhere to marketing activity guidelines set by regulatory agencies, providing all required materials and documentation to enrollees
Monitor competitive products and marketing practices and inform management accordingly
Participate in telemarketing and outreach efforts as required
Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events
Complete applications accurately and promptly
Submit reports on territory operations, product acceptance or rejection, and competitive conditions
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ years marketing, sales, or community relations experience, preferably with managed care and Medicare
State Accident and Health Insurance Agent License upon hire
Current state driver's license upon hire
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred; specific language skills may be required by some plans
