The UPS Store is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Store Manager to lead their team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you'll balance world-class customer service with operational excellence while managing a small team and ensuring a clean and organized retail environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule a small team of associates. You’ll lead by example, motivating the team to meet sales goals and maintain high service standards

Operations Management: Manage daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment

Customer Excellence: Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism. You’ll become an expert in our diverse service offerings (shipping, printing, notarizing, and mailbox services)

Financial Oversight: Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems, perform daily bank deposits, and track store performance metrics to drive profitability

Print Services: Oversee the print production workflow, ensuring high-quality output for banners, business cards, and presentations

Required

2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn proprietary POS and shipping software

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages weighing up to 50 lbs

Must be willing to become a commissioned Notary Public (we will provide training and cover the costs)

Preferred

Experience in a print shop or shipping center
