The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality within the manufacturing environment
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions
Analyze, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and maximum efficiency
Identify root causes of process problems through structured fault-finding and troubleshooting techniques
Develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements based on data-driven analysis
Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve process issues in a timely manner
Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
Conduct time studies, process audits, and capability studies to optimize productivity and minimize waste
Support new product trials and process scale-up initiatives
Train operators and production staff on best practices and new procedures
Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis skills
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, and process control (SPC, FMEA, DOE, etc.)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality systems in manufacturing
Preferred
Six Sigma Certification would be an advantage
