Responsibilities
Support and execute fundraising strategies across private credit vehicles, co-investments, and new product launches
Develop and refine fundraising collateral including pitch decks, strategy narratives, case studies, and performance materials
Assist in LP targeting, segmentation, CRM pipeline management, and investor outreach campaigns
Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings, preparing briefing notes and follow-ups
Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, providing updates on performance, portfolio activity, and macro positioning
Build deep, long-term relationships with LPs and advisory firms
Handle day-to-day investor inquiries and ongoing communication touchpoints
Contribute to quarterly investor reporting, investor letters, and other deliverables
Liaise closely with investment teams to understand deal flow, underwriting themes, performance attribution, and macro insights
Partner with compliance and marketing to ensure investor communications meet regulatory and branding standards
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, or Client Coverage within private credit, private equity, direct lending, structured credit, or investment banking
Strong command of private markets concepts, fund structures, and LP expectations
Experience supporting fundraising cycles, managing due diligence processes, and communicating performance narratives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to institutional investors
Highly organized, analytical, detail oriented, and capable of operating within a lean and entrepreneurial environment
