RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on BI Consultant to help assess, modernize, and transform a client's reporting environment. This role involves analyzing the current BI environment, converting SAS reports into Power BI, and providing hands-on development to create scalable dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

Analyze the client's current BI environment, with a focus on SAS-based reporting
Review, rationalize, and disposition existing SAS reports
Design and deliver a proof of concept (POC) to convert SAS reports into Power BI
Provide hands-on development in Power BI, creating scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports
Advise on streamlining and modernizing the BI ecosystem to ensure performance, usability, and governance

Qualification

Power BI developmentSAS code interpretationBI architecture experienceBusiness intelligence experienceCommunication skills

Required

8–10 years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization
5+ years of BI architecture and reporting modernization project experience
Strong ability to read and interpret SAS code
3–5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
Proven experience in assessing, streamlining, and modernizing BI/reporting environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
