Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for end-user computing platforms for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, device configuration, and technical refresh

Qualification
Required
Broad understanding of Windows 11 and mobile operating systems and the ability to lead change in a large complex desktop environment
Google Workspace and Chromebook
Modern cloud desktop management
Ability to lead the design, build and operate of a modern desktop management environment and work within the Agile Product Development methodology
5+ years of experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services using MS SCCM
5+ years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, systems management
Provide technical engineering support across our enterprise for end-user computing platforms for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, device configuration, and technical refresh
Endpoint Protection
Patching and Hardening of Windows Systems
Cloud desktop Mgmt
Specific knowledge and experience – Intune, SCCM (JumpCloud a Bonus)
Application of AI technologies that drive out insights in the End User compute space which result in efficiency, or user experience enhancements
Strong communicator – Must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization and articulate details of a solution, problem or initiative in both a technical and non-technical context
A positive, collaborative, 'Can do' attitude is required

BS Degree in Tech-Related Field
