Responsibilities
Support project scoping, feasibility studies, RFPs, and scheduling
Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications
Assist with permitting, risk management, and capital delivery efforts
Analyze data and develop dashboards or tracking tools
Participate in workshops, coordination meetings, and stakeholder discussions
Help align projects with utility goals around resilience, reliability, and sustainability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field)
2–8 years of water/wastewater experience
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data tools
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, utility-focused environment
