Social Media Manager
Frontier Marketing LLC is a vibrant digital marketing company that values trust, community, and growth. They are seeking a Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to manage social media posting and create email campaigns for approximately 15 clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and curate engaging content (including graphics and videos) for various social media platforms for approximately 15 clients
Design visually appealing graphics and posts
Create and implement a social media strategy in line with brand goals
Plan content calendars to schedule and organize posts
Optimize and manage social media profiles
Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and messages
Work with Account Manager to get topics relevant to posting
Upload and optimize videos to YouTube
Regular tagging on LinkedIn posts
Boosting posts to increase engagement, brand awareness and conversions
Track and analyze reports to gain insights on traffic, engagement, and follower growth
Adjust strategies based on data-driven feedback
Track and analyze ad reports regularly to gain insight and adjust based on results and report to Account Manager
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies and trends
Collaborate with Account Manager or client to develop email marketing strategies that align with broader marketing goals
Identify target audiences and segment email lists accordingly
Propose and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance
Draft compelling email subject lines and body content to engage recipients
Design graphics that are visually appealing and on-brand
Optimize emails for mobile devices
Edit and proofread emails to ensure there are no errors
Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, company policies and relevant regulations
Schedule regular email campaigns using email marketing platforms – Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Robly, Active Campaign, etc
Manage email lists, receiving from client, uploading from website forms, etc
Monitor and analyze open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and other KPIs
Provide regular reports to Account Manager and work together and propose and implement strategies to improve engagement and conversion based on the data
Track and manage the budget for email marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective campaigns
Stay informed about industry best practices, email marketing trends, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Social Media Management and Email Marketing
Knowledge and experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc
Ability to create creative and engaging graphics in Canva independently for social media, email marketing and boosted posts
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding the principles of marketing
Ability to self-manage and work effectively on a remote team
Positive, supportive team member
Willing to work directly with clients
Must be able to multitask easily on a variety of client projects and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred
Experience with Facebook Ad Campaigns is a PLUS
Experience with video editing is a PLUS
Dedicated full-time workspace with room for two monitors
