Responsibilities

Provide initial triage and resolution for hardware and software service requests

Troubleshoot issues using remote tools and provide hands-on desktop support

Manage user account administration and software license inventories

Oversee the ordering, asset tagging, and global shipping of computer equipment

Support internal IT special projects and administrative duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Experience: 1 year of technical IT experience with a focus on helpdesk principles
