Support the day-to-day management of users within the Huron Grants Management system
Ensure the smooth operation of user management systems
Provide technical support and resolve user-related issues
Manage user related accounts within the application
Manage roles and responsibilities
Onboard and exit users
Connect to active directory
Document key policies and procedures
Serve as a liaison to the IS&T group for user management systems that fall outside of tier 1 and tier 2 application support
Serve as a liaison to the greater university research community
Provide clear and concise training and technical support to users
Troubleshoot and resolve user related issues within the Huron Grants Management system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of similar experience, additional experience may be substituted for the degree
