Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to recommend excavation and home services based on specific customer needs
Answer inquiries regarding pricing, credit terms, and service availability while following up to ensure total satisfaction
Accurately mark dig locations and capture site photos/videos for our excavation technicians using our job management system
Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless project handoffs
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Outside Sales or In-Home Service Sales
Strong communication skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be coachable and accountable
Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity
Willingness to work some nights and weekends to meet customer demand
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Tech-savvy; comfortable using tablets and CRM software to document sites and upload media
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain at job sites
