They are seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to manage air export shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, airlines, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Handle air export shipments from booking through final departure and documentation
Coordinate with airlines, trucking providers, overseas agents, and customers
Prepare and process all air export documentation (AWBs, HAWBs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and airline regulations
Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers
Rate quoting and shipment cost control as required
Resolve operational issues and provide high-quality customer service
Maintain accurate records within the forwarding system (e.g. CargoWise or similar)
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in air export operations within a freight forwarding environment
Strong understanding of airfreight export processes and documentation
Experience working with airlines and international agents
Ability to manage shipments independently from start to finish
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience with CargoWise or similar systems
