Support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
Assist with project documentation, cost tracking, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and help implement solutions
Ensure safety and quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
