Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous manner

Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing

Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities

Conduct product demos when applicable, showcasing merchandise to customers

Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized

Manage inventory levels through stocking and merchandising activities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Maintain proper phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries

Assist with retail sales, including grocery items if applicable, ensuring accurate checkout processes

Support supervising staff as needed, including training new team members on store procedures
