Business Development Director
Teton is building a foundational data layer for point of care using real-time AI, aiming to enhance decision-making and care delivery in healthcare settings. The Business Development Director will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand Teton’s presence in the senior living and skilled nursing sectors, managing the entire sales cycle and collaborating with leadership to shape the company's commercial approach.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across Senior Living & Skilled Nursing Operators
Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and industry event attendance to managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through to close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and CRM updates, with a consistent focus on exceeding target
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape Teton’s commercial approach in the US
Qualification
Required
4-10 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment
A strong track record and deep network in the senior care industry, and the ability to leverage it from the vendor side
Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas
Experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles
A hunter mindset paired with strong consultative selling skills
Able to generate pipeline and engage senior stakeholders in complex transactions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must have a valid drivers license
Located in one of the following cities: Nashville, Louisville, Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Minneapolis
