Required

Strong expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
In-depth knowledge of core Finance principles and processes
Proficient in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong leadership and strategic-thinking capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar strategic financial leadership role, preferably with small businesses
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal teams and clients

Preferred

CPA or CMA certification is a plus
