Responsibilities

Oversee internal and external productions, including planning, resourcing, and execution

Serve as the on-set operations lead ensuring efficient workflows

Manage studio sets including scheduling, maintenance, and upkeep

Coordinate studio set refreshes and organization

Monitor project and resource allocations

Build strong cross-functional partnerships

Engage and coordinate with talent, crew, vendors, and freelancers

Communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment

Ensure project requirements are executed to high standards

Contribute to process optimization and efficiencies

Maintain brand visual identity consistency
