Responsibilities
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget
Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service
Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs. Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners
Qualification
Required
Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace
Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
Sales oriented
Preferred
Prefer 1+ years' of retail lending
