Responsibilities
Lead and oversee enterprise-wide programs and initiatives focused on value analysis, supply chain optimisation, and clinical improvement
Provide strategic direction to functional and service-line teams to support improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and experience
Partner with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve complex operational challenges
Drive adoption of best practices, process improvement methodologies, and performance management frameworks
Support organisational transformation through structured program management and change leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
10+ years of experience within healthcare, supply chain, or a related functional area
Strong background in program management and operational improvement
Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare environment
Preferred
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and/or project management methodologies
