Start in 2026 SpringSoTalent is offering a hands-on Business Management Internship for undergraduate students interested in sustainability and operations within the building materials and aggregates industry. Interns will gain practical industry experience while supporting plant management and learning about the aggregates mining business.

Responsibilities
Learn the aggregates mining business through real operational exposure
Support plant management with production planning, cost control, and P&L reviews
Present production and spending goals in weekly/monthly meetings
Work with vendors and manage inventory needs
Assist with administrative duties, including scale house operations
Uphold safety, environmental, and health standards
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate students majoring in Business Management/Administration
Strong communicator with solid academic performance
Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both in-office and in the field
Able to multitask and eager to learn hands-on operations
