Responsibilities

Build and maintain datasets for enterprise reporting and analytics

Perform exploratory data analysis, data manipulation, and modeling to support business deliverables

Facilitate meetings to define and document requirements for future reporting and visualizations

Consult with teams across the organization to ensure data quality and accessibility

Provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Must have Insurance Claims experience

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration

Related experience; 4-6 years' experience

Strong skills in SQL, SAS, VBA, Excel, and experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Access)

Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing multiple projects and thriving in high-pressure environments
