Advise lenders, borrowers, or both on domestic and cross-border financings
Draft and negotiate principal transaction documents
Coordinate directly with clients and counterparties
Securitization exposure is valued but not required

Required
JD class years 2017–2022
Substantial asset finance experience from a peer firm
Demonstrated aviation finance exposure
Comfortable running deal components independently
Sound commercial instincts and strong drafting skills
