2+ years of Plant Manufacturing experience
Problem Solving Skills – Black Belt (preferred) and Strategic Problem-Solving Knowledge
Proven analytical skills with a passion for 6 Sigma, exposure to Quality Tools and knowledge of Client problem solving techniques, data analysis and statistical tools
Experience using Minitab
Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines
Strong communication and team building
Knowledge of vehicle or powertrain component commodities, functions and related features
Ability to speak and write in English & Spanish language fluently to effectively communicate with the global team
Ability to travel frequently to supplier sites up to 70%
Bachelor's Degree
Six Sigma Engineer
Preferred
Electrical and physics knowledge
Knowledge on analyzing big data
Experience leading multiple complex assignments with demanding timelines
