Full ownership of day-to-day HR operations for the corporate office
Lead and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues
Provide policy guidance and ensure HR compliance
Partner closely with leadership on people-related decisions and workforce needs
Drive existing HR initiatives forward and close execution gaps
Serve as a consistent, visible HR presence onsite
Manage and support 3 HR team members
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong corporate HR background
Proven strength in employee relations
Comfortable operating independently and owning decisions
Experience with ADP
