We are actively seeking out an Express Service Advisor to join our team, where the main responsibility will be writing service ROs for the express lane and communicating with clients.

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience
A desire to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention-to-detail
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
