Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability
Monitor and evaluate financial performance by analyzing variances and trends and identifying areas of risk and opportunity
Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and key stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements, cost management, and efficiency optimization
Assist in preparing board presentations, investor reports, and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a private equity-owned organization
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL database, etc
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, actionable insights
Strong drive to investigate trends and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
