Responsibilities

Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to better support Client business objectives

Actively lead the development of strategies and programs for a large strategic client

Ensure alignment with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, operations, finance, legal, and others to ensure aligned business success

Support project team in defining technical or business solutions with large, strategic and new product development

Map out and execute strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products

Create, execute and revise program plans to deliver high complexity business solutions with quality

Lead program post mortem reviews to gain insights for improvements and adjustments going forward

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels

10+ years of experience in Program Management

Shown success in effectively driving delivery

Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success to effectively complete tactical activities. A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
