Director/ExecutiveMasterFFL is dedicated to simplifying and securing firearm transactions by connecting customers with licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealers across the United States. The Director of Business Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient workflows while collaborating with departments to optimize performance and achieve company objectives.

Overseeing program management efforts while ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Process Improvement to ensure efficiency and optimize workflows
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex data and derive actionable insights
Experienced in Finance to manage budgets, assess financial performance, and support decision-making processes
Knowledge of Program Management to plan, organize, and execute business initiatives effectively
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Experience leading operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Strong ownership mentality — you take responsibility without waiting for permission
Proven ability to design and run operational systems
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Strong technical fluency
Excellent judgment, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills
EST working hours required; we start early in the AM
Comfortable in a Visio process flowchart
Curiosity. If you are not naturally inquisitive, you will struggle to excel
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Preferred
Experience with transaction-based or usage-based billing models
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-adjacent environments
Background scaling operations alongside rapid product and customer growth
Experience with AWS, HubSpot, Stripe, Intercom
Process engineering (Visio flowcharts)
Experience in the firearms or compliance-related industries is a plus but not required
