Responsibilities
Developing effective fundraising strategies and plans
Organizing and executing various fundraising events and campaigns
Identifying potential donors and building effective relationships with them
Writing, submitting, and tracking grant proposals
Monitoring and evaluating fundraising activities for effectiveness
Managing budgets and financial reporting related to fundraising activities
Maintaining donor records and databases
Creating marketing materials and strategies to promote fundraising initiatives
Working with volunteers and organizing volunteer events for fundraising purposes
Complying with legal regulations and ethical practices in all fundraising activities
Communicating with the public, the media, and other interested parties to gain wider exposure for the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in fundraising and working with major donors
Experience working in the non-profit sector and knowledge of philanthropy and charitable giving
Ability to create and manage annual giving campaigns
Good organizational and project management skills
Passion for community development and rural empowerment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
