Assist attorneys in managing residential and commercial real estate transactions
Prepare legal documents
Conduct due diligence
Coordinate title insurance
Manage lease agreements
Support attorneys in client interactions
Ensure compliance with legal requirements while meeting deadlines efficiently
Qualification
Required
Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements
Proficiency in performing Due Diligence in commercial real estate transactions
Knowledge of Title Insurance processes and documentation
Familiarity with drafting and managing Leases and other real estate-related documents
Understanding of processes related to Residential and Commercial Real Estate deals, including closing activities
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Associate degree or higher, with a focus on legal studies or equivalent experience
