Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair generators, engines, air compressors, chillers, heaters, & air conditioning units
Troubleshoot drive-train, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer updates
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior experience in generator and engine service and repair
General technical service skills
Mechanical aptitude or experience with construction or power equipment
Strong DC electrical and machine electronic system knowledge
Ability to follow technical material and apply processes and procedures as necessary to complete manufacturers' updates
Organized, self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and software skills

Technical training or college coursework
