Responsibilities

Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of the communication function, including management of the company intranet, administration of distribution lists, and partnership with IT to enhance virtual communication platforms
Maintain and govern the organizational communication calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and preventing message overload
Establish and refine communication processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the team
Lead communication projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Partner with functional and mid-level leaders to coordinate communication support for strategic business initiatives
Track project status and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
Coordinate logistics for high-impact internal events, including Town Halls, leadership calls, and employee gatherings (virtual and in-person)
Manage the operational execution of organizational-wide communication campaigns and change initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery of communication-dependent projects
Support the creation and distribution of communication materials when needed, including presentations, newsletters, and intranet content
Ensure communication collateral aligns with brand standards and strategic messaging

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
2-3 years of experience in communication operations, project management, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills with a systems-thinking mindset
Strong project management capabilities and attention to process
Ability to see the big picture while managing operational details
Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn new communication technologies
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstacles
Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
