Responsibilities

Support the Store Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store

Build relationships with customers

Create fitting room experiences and style clients

Create a welcoming and inclusive culture

Carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, new hire support, operational tasks, and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
