Responsibilities

Acts with ownership, agility, and a bias for action to create value in dynamic environments

Aligns operational strategy with corporate goals across multiple sites while managing P&L, cost control, and overall financial performance

Optimizes manufacturing and supply chain efficiency and resilience while ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, NRC, ISO, and other regulatory standards

Builds and leads high-performing teams across sites, emphasizing accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement

Leads process optimization and directs PMO to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget

Partners with international leadership to ensure global alignment, standardization, and effective regional execution

Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.)
