Business Development Account Executive
Big Marlin Group is a Marketing Solutions Company based in Gilbert, Arizona, specializing in providing comprehensive marketing solutions for local and national companies. The role of Business Development Account Executive involves driving new revenue, managing marketing projects, and building relationships with clients while supporting the largest national accounts.
Responsibilities
Emphasis on supporting our largest national accounts
Build relationships with our clients
Work closely with our internal departments
Create and manage written processes
Focus on meeting/exceeding sales goals
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
Present new ideas and strategies to clients, Digital and Account Teams
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and offer solutions for ultimate results
Manage digital marketing projects using tracking software
Proficient in best practices including maintaining Google/Facebook certifications
Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis
Possess exceptional time management and communication skills

Attitude & Drive — Entrepreneurial attitude with drive and ability to grow and achieve goals
Participate in brainstorming sessions as needed to generate creative and original ideas
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Teams, Canva, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Sales CRM
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
Passion for learning and drive for continuous growth
Resourceful and creative thinking
Very organized and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships
Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises
A flexible attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time
Preferred
2-4 Year Degree Preferred
At least 2 years of Account Executive & Sales experience in any of the following: Marketing Services, Digital Media, or Advertising Products is preferred
