Actively find and bring deals to the table

Maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
Managing the sales pipeline
Preparing proposals

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members

Leadership, Team Building, and Mentor/Training experience
Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities to address client needs and demands effectively
Education in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a remote team environment

Preferred

Familiarity with the AI or technology sector is highly desirable
