Responsibilities

Legal Document Review: Review and comment on non-disclosure agreements, investment agreements, and governance documents

Transaction Support: Assist with corporate transactions, including document execution, signature page preparation, and closing room organization

Entity Formation & Governance: Prepare and maintain LLC, corporation, and partnership formation documents, board resolutions, and tax forms

Regulatory Compliance: Track deadlines for legal reviews, negotiations, and hedge fund transactions

Document Drafting & Management: Draft, proofread, redline, and organize legal filings with precision

Account & Compliance Support: Manage bank and securities account documentation while assisting with legal research and compliance tracking

Required
