Responsibilities
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage everything from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations, and closing deals
Build Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with finance teams and C-level executives across North America
Exceed Targets: Create and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals
Collaborate Internally: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Represent Our Brand: Act as our ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Shape Our Product: Share crucial customer feedback with internal teams to help refine our value proposition
Qualification
Required
4+ years in B2B sales within Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services
Proven history of driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding targets
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Ability to simplify complex ideas for finance teams and C-level executives
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on exceeding goals
Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Open to occasional travel and collaborating with clients across different time zones
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
