Responsibilities

Lead the entire design and creative process

Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions

Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens

Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product

Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility

Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog

Translate our core principles into product:

Required

3+ years of experience in product design

Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems

Experience in high-velocity teams
