Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and enter data into case management system, including accounting data, party names, and other relevant data

Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

Prepare court filings and assemble case materials under attorney supervision

Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files

Communicate professionally with clients, court clerks, and team members via email and phone

Coordinate filing deadlines and track case progress in a fast-moving docket

Provide general administrative and paralegal-style support to attorneys and coworkers

Pitch in where needed and collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment

Required

Prior experience (3+ years preferred) as a legal assistant, administrative assistant, paralegal, or in a court clerk's office, property management, or accounting required
