TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. This role will support key programs and strategic initiatives within the Aerospace and Defense Sector, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and program cost control.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across assigned programs and business units

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions

Monitor program performance including cost, schedule, and earned value metrics (EVMS knowledge a plus)

Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

Assist in the development of indirect rate structures and overhead allocation analysis

Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations (e.g. FAR, DFARS), and accounting standards (GAAP)

Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives or M&A activity

Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams
