Responsibilities
Maintain the stability and continuity of critical trading operations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of system issues
Collaborate with technology and trading teams to design, evolve, and deploy scalable system architectures
Develop automation tools to streamline system orchestration, monitoring, and maintenance
Manage market connectivity, liaising directly with exchanges on order activity, connectivity, and related technical matters
Monitor and analyze trading system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Integration, or a related technical role
Strong proficiency with Linux, including system administration, network configuration, and server management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline
Solid understanding of network fundamentals — including routing protocols, TCP/UDP, multicast, network offload, and kernel bypass technologies
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
A self-motivated problem solver with strong curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn in a dynamic trading environment
Preferred
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies
Experience configuring FPGA systems in a Linux environment
