Responsibilities

Taking incoming calls from public sector participants regarding their retirement accounts

Handling basic topics such as account balances, distribution questions, and password resets after comprehensive training

Educates customers to ensure understanding of tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation and/or benefits pertaining to the plan/contract

Resolving routine errors requiring corrective processing

Analyzes problems to determine proper course of action, striving for first time final resolution

Develop and grow through monthly meetings with leadership to build a career path strategy and achieve goals

Required

A completed or nearly completed Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field)

A genuine interest in building a career in Financial Services with a top employer

One year of solid work experience in a service-related field (e.g., restaurant, retail, administrative, hospitality)

The ability to deliver friendly customer service while simultaneously communicating on the phone and navigating computer systems

Open availability is required
