Accounting Operations Specialist
Signature Staffing Strategies is looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist who will collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Partners to manage all financial interests. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing insightful reports, managing billing and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with trust-account regulations.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records
Provide necessary information to CPA Partners
Keep financial data updated, organized, and audit ready
Prepare clear, insightful reports for leadership on financial status and trends
Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the year
Handle trust‑account compliance with accuracy and care
Manage billing, accounts receivable, client follow‑ups, and coordination with collections
Oversee credit‑card processing, wire transfers, and related software systems
Ensure timely and accurate payment of expenses
Handle deposits, reconciliations, and general banking activities
Provide Partners with insights on financial health and the potential impact of proposed decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full cycle accounting experience in a professional services work environment
Proficiency in the use of Excel and QuickBooks
Preferred
Degree preferred but not required
