Responsibilities

Complete standardized technology diligence for all deals; deliver executive-ready reports and risk heatmaps within LOI timelines
Achieve ≥95% Day‑1 operational readiness (identity, email, endpoint, connectivity, service desk/NOC visibility)
Deliver post‑close integration plans (apps, data, cloud, security) with milestones in Launch/IT PMO; meet scope, schedule, and budget baselines
Close high/medium findings from pen tests/code scans/dark‑web assessments within defined SLAs

Required

10+ years in IT enterprise; 2+ years leading M&A technology diligence and integrations end‑to‑end
Hands‑on breadth across Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), IAM/Directory, Endpoint/MDM, Networking, Observability/NOC, CI/CD, App/Data integration
Strong security/risk grounding (SOX ITGC, NIST/ISO practices)
Familiarity with enterprise project tooling (Launch, IT PMO pipeline)
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
