Responsibilities
Order Processing: Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy, pricing, and inventory availability
Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or internal delivery teams
Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when inventory is low to prevent backorders
Problem Solving: Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays, damages, or lost packages
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and returns/exchanges
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in our ERP/OMS (Order Management System) and generate daily fulfillment reports
Qualification
Required
2+ years in logistics, warehouse coordination, or e-commerce fulfillment
Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager)
An eagle eye for SKU numbers, shipping addresses, and quantity counts
Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating between departments and handling customer inquiries
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
