The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and interviewing top talent, and developing effective strategies to attract candidates for various new roles in the rapidly-expanding freight brokerage.

Recruiting and onboarding new hires
Fostering strong communication across teams to support hiring needs
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing processes to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and selection
Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, for effective interaction with candidates and team members
Experience in recruiting for freight brokers, freight agents, and key figures in the logistics industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners and internal teams
Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, or applicant tracking systems is advantageous
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
